Bellingham Nanny Connection is a temporary placement childcare service which is independently owned and operated by Melissa Hayes & Tracy Oliver.
With combined experience and education of over fifteen years, it is our goal to provide you with exceptional childcare.
We understand the anxiety of entrusting care of your children to another, and for this reason our nannies are experienced , educated, and dependable, ready to serve you and your family.
Bellingham Nanny Connection is Whatcom County’s link to professional, hassle-free, specialized childcare provided to your family in the comfort of your own home or setting.
We Promise that your nanny will:
- Have a thorough state background check, along with extensive references.
- Have current CPR & 1st Aid training.
- Be over the age of 18 and have experience and/or education in the field of early childhood development.
- Be neat, tidy, dependable, and fun!
- Provide own transportation.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, loving environment for each child in their care.

Base Rate - $13.00 per hour plus one dollar per hour per additional child. (For example, two children would be $14.00 per hour). This rate is based on one week’s notice.
Late Notification Rate - $15.00 per hour plus one dollar per hour per additional child. This rate is based on less than one week’s notice.
Emergency Rate - $20.00 per hour plus one dollar per hour per additional child. This rate is based on same day notice.
Group Rates may be pre-arranged for groups of four or more children.
